Refund policy

We take pride in customer satisfaction at Fig & Willow and if for any reason you do not love your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to exchange your item or return for STORE CREDIT. Merchandise must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with original tags attached. Refunds are issued back as exchange or store credit.
