We are happy to provide easy return labels for your return!  These Easy Labels are free for all customers wanting to make an exchange or receive their refund via store credit!

Any item received back for a return that is not in the original unused and unworn conditions will not be refunded.  Items listed below are a few examples of items that cannot be returned.

All purchases made on discounted or sale items are FINAL SALE.  No exceptions will be made.

Shipping

Shipping and handling charges on your order are non-refundable.  All refunds will be for the price of the returned item(s) and tax (if applicable), but not the cost of shipping.

If the item arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part (if you received the wrong item/color/size), you will be reimbursed for the purchase, including shipping fees.

Fig & Willow is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once marked as "delivered". Please contact your local post office to settle a claim or track package.  

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address.  If the package is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, no refund will be made.
