Most purchases may be returned within 30 days by making a request through our Return Center. Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. 

 Please ensure that items are new -- unworn, unwashed, tags still attached and undamaged. 

 

We do not issue refunds back to your original method of payment and start the return exchange/return process once the return package is received. Store Credit never expires.

STORE RETURN POLICY

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return your item for store credit. Merchandise must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with original tags attached and original receipt.  Item may be exchanged or returned for store credit.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

Return package must be postmarked 30 days from the date you received your package.  Refunds are issued back as store credit and will be sent to you in the form of an E-Giftcard via email when your Return is processed.  It will be sent to the email address we have on file.  Feel free to reach out to us with any questions and we can assist you in finding something new if your purchase doesn't work out.
