We are not quite ready to let go of our favorite Summer pieces yet and the best part is? We don't have to!  We put together a few tips that help us stretch our Summer wardrobe into the Pumpkin Spice covered Fall.

Pile on the Layers

Depending on where you live, Fall mornings can be chilly and then quickly turn into a blazing hot day.  That’s why we are all about the layers!  You can throw on a chambray shirt over your summer jumpsuit or a jean jacket to well...everything!

Throw on a Fall worthy Hat

It’s no surprise that we are all about the hats here at F&W so, when Fall hits we go all out! Felt Fedoras are a mainstay in our outfits and honestly they are the easiest way to turn any summer outfit into an instant perfect apple picking worthy style.

Add a Transitional Blazer

This may fall [no pun intended] under the layers category but we thought the transitional blazer deserved its own screen time.  What is a transitional blazer you ask? It’s a light fabric blazer that takes the place of a sweater or light jacket to add a cool girl flair to your summer staples. This one is great because of its pop of color and simple silhouette!

Swap Out Your Sandals for Booties

Besides the Felt Fedora addition, changing up your footwear is the simplest style swap to take your summer dresses or skirts to Fall.  Invest in a classic black, brown or tan pair of booties or knee high boots and you’ll have doubled your wardrobe with all the options you now have to wear!
